Custom Restaurant Booth Manufacturing for DeNucci’s Italian in Highland Park
We manufactured custom pullover booths for DeNucci’s Italian in Highland Park, delivering premium restaurant seating that combines durability with sophisticated design. Our team crafted over 20 custom booths using high-density foam cushioning, commercial-grade vinyl upholstery, and solid wood front fascia mounted on sturdy wooden legs. Each booth was precision-built to complement the restaurant’s classic Italian aesthetic while meeting the demands of high-traffic commercial dining environments.

Manufacturing Custom Restaurant Booths for Highland Park’s Newest Italian Dining Destination
This booth manufacturing project showcased our expertise in creating custom seating solutions for hospitality venues in Chicago’s North Shore. Working alongside Klasik Construction’s complete restaurant build-out, we delivered precisely engineered booths that enhance both the visual appeal and functionality of DeNucci’s 5,000+ square foot dining space in Highland Park, Illinois.
Our manufacturing process focused on three critical elements: comfort, durability, and aesthetic integration. The high-density foam we selected maintains its supportive properties through years of daily use, far outlasting standard foam cushioning found in typical restaurant seating. This commercial-grade foam ensures consistent guest comfort even after thousands of dinner services.
The commercial-grade vinyl upholstery was specifically chosen for its resistance to staining, tearing, and the rigorous cleaning protocols required in restaurant environments. Unlike residential-grade materials, this vinyl maintains its appearance and structural integrity despite daily exposure to spills, frequent sanitization, and constant contact. The material’s durability translates directly into long-term value for restaurant owners, reducing replacement costs and maintaining the venue’s polished appearance.
Each booth features a solid wood front fascia that adds warmth and sophistication to the dining room while providing structural support. These wood elements were custom-crafted and finished to seamlessly integrate with the restaurant’s art deco design aesthetic, including the custom brass accents and classic Italian details throughout the space. The wooden legs provide stable support while complementing the overall design vision created by Ballyhoo Hospitality and Knauer Architects.
Project Timeline: 4-6 Week Custom Booth Manufacturing
We completed fabrication and delivery of all custom booths within our standard 4-6 week timeline, ensuring the restaurant’s November 2024 opening remained on schedule. This efficient turnaround was achieved through streamlined project management and our established manufacturing workflow, allowing the construction team to maintain momentum without furniture delays impacting the overall project timeline.
The specific timeline for booth projects depends on several factors including the total number of units required, design complexity, custom finishing specifications, and our current production schedule. We provide detailed timeline estimates during initial consultations, giving restaurant owners the information needed for accurate construction scheduling.
